Hello expert, I have downloaded apache web chat software to convene some online meetings. Is that software is better than the other softwares when comparing with Nimbuzz, Skype and Paltalk and such others. Please can you send me some features of this software?

Hi Geraldine Carr,

I suppose you are asking for Apache openmeeting software. Here I tried to mention the main features among numerous one which will assist you in convening the meetings easily.

It has audio & video conferencing, meeting recording & screen sharing, file explorer, moderating system, Multi-Whiteboard & chat, plan meetings with integrated calendar etc.

On the contrary Nimbuzz, Skype and Paltalk like software gives you option for audio & video conferencing but another option like meeting recording & screen sharing, planning meetings with integrated calendar is not available. So, it gives an edge to Apache openmeeting software for convening official meeting.
