Hi Experts,

I am using Samsung 3400 printer. For the past few days it has started pausing and going offline continuously. Can anyone help me solve the problem of Samsung 3400 going offline?

Good day Asteneves,

The simplest solution to your problem is very easy. Try to turn ON and OFF your printer. It should solve your problem briefly.

More advanced solution is to enable your printer when it goes offline suddenly. To do so, go to Device and Printers. Select your Samsung 3400 and click ENABLE button in the pop-up windows. The last solution for you is to disconnect your printer from your PC and uninstall its drivers. Then uninstalled, restart your PC. Then Windows boots up, attach your printer again. It should solve driver issues if there's any.
