Solve the Problem between my Acer Lap and IPhone

Hi Experts ,

I have a problem with connecting my iPhone to my Acer laptop. Whenever I do, the screen of my laptop suddenly turns blue and then would show codes. Because of this, I used the PC at home instead which also happens to be an Acer and it seems to be working. Can you tell me what could be wrong with my laptop? Thank you.

Hallo Jasy,

First thing to check when connecting the laptop and the iphone ensure that you scan the iphone for it may be having viruses that are causing the problems. If you do not have an antivirus then you will have to get one and install it.

Otherwise check the Video Graphic Adapter cables to ensure that they are firmly attached, check the power cables both the iphone and the laptop to ensure that they are well connected.

If you trying to connect the iphone and the laptop using wireless connection, then try using cable connection and see how it behaves.

Hi,

First, for which purpose were you trying to connect your laptop to your Iphone? Are you trying to connect your laptop to your Iphone’s built-in hotspot so you can connect the internet wirelessly? Or are you connecting your Iphone to your laptop to access Apple-related software such as Itunes for downloading purposes? These questions would help isolate the issue especially when it works fine on your Acer desktop. If you’re connecting your Iphone to your laptop for downloading purposes, it’s important that the driver supporting Iphone connection is not corrupted. Make sure that the cable is in good condition too. If you’re connecting your laptop to use Iphone wifi and it’s not connecting, you need to make sure that you are connecting it to the right hotspot name. Hope my suggestions helps.
