SolidWorks 3D CAD Design Software shows error

Hi,

I got SolidWorks 3D CAD Design Software on my computer and it was working fine until recently whereby I cant open my projects. The error below occurs whenever I want to open my projects. Also I try creating new designs it pops up again. Any solutions?

 

Error: The database file ‘c:Solid Works Datalangenglishswbrowser.mdb’ is not the expected version

SolidWorks 3D CAD Design Software shows error

It looks like you are trying to use a file that was developed with another version of the software. If the file is created with a new one and you’re trying to open it with your older version program, you are having this error.

You should have the latest version of SolidWorks 3D CAD Designer. The download page is right here.

Always the latest version of a program has all the older file codecs to open in the new format. Download and enjoy.
