There are so many antiviruses available which can scan your blackberry offline. First of all connect your blackberry with the computer; you should have blackberry desktop manager. Take the backup and go to the destination folder. Scan all your files. You can use Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG or Norton Antivirus. Now you can format your blackberry and restore all the files from the backup stored on your PC. Please note that you will lose all BB Messenger messages and Whatsapp messages if you are using Whatsapp.
