There is different software available to find spam content in forums or sites. What software is to find spam data in the blog?

Software to find spam in blog

Hi Tracy,

Yes there are some anti spam software for sites other than blog sites. For blogs if you are using some content management system like e. g. WordPress or other. Then you should check the plug-in library on their sites as some like WordPress provides plug-ins as anti-spam tools.

So, you can check your blog CMS. Otherwise there is no separate software for finding anti-spam data in your blog. Some CMS provides this facility as in WordPress.

There are some tips to stop spam on your blog:

• Blocking by keyword.
• Validation (reverse Turing test) means A method to block automated spam comments is requiring a validation prior to publishing the contents of the reply.

Form:

• Disallowing links in posts.
• Disallowing multiple consecutive submissions.
