I started using Skype for business. However, after updating to Microsoft Office 360, no more than two users can log into it. It displays a DNS error with kb2566790 code. Can you solve this issue?

Skype For Business Kb2566790 Issue

Many Skype for business users has had this issue. Like you mentioned, once the user upgrades to office 360, in some cases, not more than two users can successfully log into Skype for business. This is not a huge problem because a very simple solution exists for this problem.

The error message, however, is surprisingly clear. The problem is with the DNS configuration. The solution to this problem is very simple. Ask your administrator to follow the kb2566790 procedures.

What you’ll do is reset your DNS configuration. To do this, go to the Admin Center, domain and then set it up.
