While trying to watch Sky Sports 2 TV online using Mozilla Firefox browser, I encountered an error as shown below.

This following [C:1501] error can occur due to any of the following issues manly due to outdated Microsoft Silverlight .So I would like you to please check these criteria’s and follow the solution.
1 > Your bandwidth is less than 512 Kbps, so I would recommend you to contact the internet provider to increase the bandwidth.
2 > If you are using a proxy connection, then I would request you to please check the id as sometimes due to proxy errors this error code is generated.
3 > The Microsoft Silverlight has been outdated and needs updates
Also follow this additional steps if the following problem persists:-
1 > Go to Start Menu > All Programs > Microsoft Silverlight.
2 > Click on Application Storage tab and check Enable Application Storage tab.
3 > Select any entries in the window that mention Sky, Sky Go or Sky Player and hit the delete button to remove these entries.
