Setup issue of Audio Video Drive

Hello, lately I brought a modernized motherboard, CPU and RAM. Because of the cd-room that had bad situations, I am not able to set up the audio / video drive and others that is in the cd room which comes from the motherboard. I decided to download all of them and set up in the company website. The bad situation is when installing the ZD soft screen recorder, it runs only a seconds then and stop the installations and crashed. A notification says ZD soft screen recorder is facing a bad situation and closed the message, the video also manage the record is not working. My previous settings it performed great but now nothings, so bothering on me. I hope that there is somebody could help me, I acknowledge it.

If the other drivers are installing and working properly except that one, then you need not to worry. It could have been a problem with how you downloaded the driver that is causing it to malfunction and therefore I will suggest that you do the following:

  • Go back to the company's website and download the driver again.
  • Be sure to save in a different location from where you had saved the old one so that you do not end up running the old setup application again.
  • Run the setup and install it again and see if it works this time round.
  • In case it does not I will suggest that you search the driver from third party websites like majorgeeks.com and cnet downloads and see if the ones you get from there will work fine.

In case it does not still work you will have to call the customer support of that company and explain to them the situation that you are faced with.
