Setup failed while installing AvidUnitSIS

Hello,

Recently, I was installing AvidUnitSIS but the Install Setup failed and the following error message appeared. I could not find any solution from internet so I need your help to resolve the issue. I am using Mac Operating System. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The following install step failed: run preflight script for Avid ISIS Client. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.

Setup failed while installing AvidUnitSIS

Hi Curtis,
The error is because there is old Unity ISIS client version installed on the system.
To resolve this error:
1) Go to 'Applications', select 'AvidUnity ISIS' folder
2) Go to 'Library/Startupitems', delete 'AvidUnity ISIS' folder
3) Go to 'Library/Receipts', delete 'AvidUnityISIS.pkg'
4) Restart the system
5) Install 'AvidUnityISIS 1.5' client software
