You may want to enable your pop ups but my advice to you is don't allow all popups when the browser asks you to do so. Sometimes they may contain links to spyware.

To allow pop ups in Mozilla Firefox these are the things that you have to do:

  1. Open the Mozilla Firefox web browser, click on the tools menu and click the Options tab. Now, Select the Content tab. Click on the Exceptions button. For allowing the popups, provide the website names and details for which Firefox should allow the popups. Once that is completed, click on Ok and the job would be done.
  2. Even if you do all these settings changes, It is found that sometimes Mozilla Firefox doesn't allow popups from some sites. You can use several Firefox add-ons to allow popups. popupallow, popupmaster are a few good add-ons. You can download these and install in your browser.

Web browsers not just Mozilla Firefox use an option to disallow displaying of pop-ups or the ability of a web page to open another tab and often display advertisements. It is a good feature of a web browser to avoid seeing annoying web pages that will only sell you something or will ask you to answer some survey.

But sometimes there are good pop-ups that are required to complete a transaction. If your web browser blocks all pop-ups, a transaction that requires opening of another tab may not be completed. There are 2 ways you can allow showing of pop-ups. First is to disable the option allowing all pop-ups from different websites to be shown and second is to add exceptions.

The first option is not recommended because it’ll open your web browser to a whole bunch of different pop-ups from all websites. The second option is the one recommended. If you require pop-ups to be displayed for a particular website, you can add it to the exceptions list. On your Mozilla Firefox, click Tools, and then Options.

Select Content tab then make sure “Block pop-up windows” is checked. Click Exceptions button. See image.

On the next window, enter the address or the URL of the website you want to be exempted the click Allow. When you are finished, click Close. See image.

And that’s it. After that, whenever you open that website on your web browser it will open all pop-ups.
