I want to receive an alarm message whenever my datastore usage surpasses 30%. How can I set the alarm to send the message of datastore usage on disk?

Set The Alarm To Send The Message Of Datastore Usage On Disk?

Open up the application and click on “alarm editing” from the menu toolbar. In the name of alarm, type this : Datastore usage on disk. Click next. In the warning condition box, enter 20% and in the critical condition, enter 30%. Go to next. Click on the button labelled “Add a notification email.”

Add the email address here, where you want to receive the mail message. Click on the column that looks like this:  . From the given options, select “once” (or twice, according to how many times you want to receive the mail message”).

Click on the “finish” button.
