Serious Fault Error on Car Diagnostic Software

I have purchased DAS as my Car Diagnostic Software. The installation went successfully but when I tried to use it,

I got error: “Fault(1.17)-7.870.”  I have no idea what this error is all about so I really need some help from you guys.

Serious Fault Error on Car Diagnostic Software

That is probably a problem with the car diagnostic software that you are trying to install. It might be corrupt and therefore resulting into that problem when you try to install it. Did you have the software tested when you buying it? If it was not tested that you will need to contact the vendor who sold you that application and demand for a replacement. That will mean that you use the warranty that you were given when you purchased the software, and I hope you were given one. In case you were not given a warranty then it will force you to purchase another application, but this time you should ensure that it is tested and proved to be in good condition.
