I have a PC with Windows seven Starter Edition and Its genuine. I have not installed anything neither I have uninstalled anything. But when I open some browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and others my screen frequently blinks and shows some kind of green color. I have tried replacing the monitor thinking it was a display problem but no it is not. I also tried to change the cable from CPU to Monitor and that too did not helped.

  • First verify whether you have the latest updates for all your drivers.
  • If you are using a touch pad, turn off the touch pad functionality & recheck. 
  • Try doing a phone clean up by yourself.

    • Take some distilled water, baking soda mixture (or some surgical spirit), gently scrub all stick & card edges with a soft tooth brush & clean it.
    • Then clean the data and power connectors
    • Inspect all devices including CPU/GPU/MB, whether their temperatures are with in Normal operating temperature ranges.
    • Check whether the Power Supply 12Vdc gets enough current to operate the Video Card and CPU, at the Performance settings that are currently utilized.
