To fix this follow the steps below:

1. Click the Preferences button on the MP Navigator.

2. Ensure that you have selected the first tab.

3. From the dropdown including your scanner, it consists of more than 1 item. Change the scanner with the same name to what it is presently selected. It should be the wireless driver.

4. Click OK and then try to scan again.

Hi Dwight D Lee,

You have to be sure if you have installed the driver of the scanner in a correct way.
Is the scanner selected as active? Is it part of application's list? If not it means that the installation process of the driver is not performed correctly.
Try to uninstall the driver, delete all possible traces of this application, and then re-install.
After this try to connect and start the scanner.

If you did not find any issue in the installation phase of the scanner and it is successfully listed in the application's list then be sure if your computer recognizes the scanner.
