Hi,

There is no issue of locking mobile itself. Its just program which you have selected to auto So it is responding to your settings which you enabled in your mobile.

If you want to remove auto lock just go the settings > phone settings > key guard settings > On/Off.

So look at it and choose yourself whether you want to remain enable or disable it your choice.

Hi,

It seems that there is really no issue on your Samsung Galaxy S III. This is mostly a feature of a phone which will enable to you to guard the screen with passcode or simply swipe. You can customize your screen lock at any time or simply remove it, whichever you prefer.

To remove or change your screen lock, simply follow these steps:

Go to APP (Application), then SETTINGS which is the gear symbol.
Then choose SECURITY
Find SCREEN LOCK and tap on it.
Now, you need to choose which screen lock is appropriate for you.
You can choose NONE to remove the screen lock.

That's it! Enjoy!
