I have a Samsung Galaxy S i9000 with Android OS 2.1 Eclair and Hummingbird chipset. I'm buying some accessories to go with my planned OS 2.3 Gingerbread upgrade. What Samsung Galaxy S i9000 accessories would you suggest aside from earphones and speaker dock? What brand would you recommend?

Hi David,

My phone is also Samsung Galaxy S, with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread Operating System. Since that we have the same phone unit. I can assure you that I will recommend the best and must have phone accessories for this mobile phone.

Here is my list:

1. Screen Protector – this phone accessory serves as a middleman between the user and main screen of your phone. It can prevent permanent scratches to your screen.

2. Phone Case – once you have a screen protector, you must also have a phone case. I suggest you to select a leather type of phone case, because it is more durable.

3. Spare Battery with charger – this is more recommended for those phone users who watches movies, surfing the internet, and playing games with their phones. I also have this accessory. It is very practical to have this one.

4. 32 GB MicoSD – I am not really suggesting you to buy 32 GB of MicroSD But if you want more apps to install, more games to download and more movies to watch. Buy 32 GB of MicroSD. But remember that the Galaxy S’ internal SD card’s capacity has been already 13 GB.
