Hello everybody,

Each and every single time I start my Acer laptop I get this message.

|Open File – Security Warning

|This publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?

|…

|From: C:UserusersAppDataLocalTemprundll3…

After I click cancel, another message displays.

|User Account Control

|Do you want to allow the following programme to make changes to this computer?

|Programme name: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

|Verified publisher: Malwarebytes Corporation

|File Origin: Hard drive on this computer

|Programme location: C:UsersuserAppDataLocalTemp%te…(… did not show the full path to it)

After I click cancel, another message displays.

|Do you want to allow the following programme to make changes to this computer?

|Programme name: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

|Verified publisher: Malwarebytes Corporation

|File Origin: Hard drive on this computer

|Programme location: C:UsersuserAppDataRoamingmbam…(Di… not show full path too)

Again I clicked cancel, and it says something like this.

"This application cannot run because xxxxx.dll is missing"

I want to remove those errors as it is annoying for me for three months.

I tried two Malwarebytes and pop up says "Cannot find path" or similar thing. I am unable to uninstall them as they are not in my All Programs list or Uninstall a Program list. I neither did find any threats after I ran a full scan.

My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Service Pack 1.

If you want any more details I will provide them.

I am thankful for your solutions.

Thanks a lot.

For you to remove programs without going to list of programs installed to your computer, you need to uninstall it manually. For you to do that, go to C:Program FilesMalwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Delete that folder.  Delete also to registry

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMalwarebytes' Anti-Malware

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMalwarebytes' Anti-Malware

After delete, restart your pc, and then you can now install Malwarebytes again. But I suggest you to install the latest version. In every software that you install to your computer, it much better to use latest one.  So install the latest version then update it. Try to check also if malwarebyter that you are going to install will be compatible to your system and that you stated that you uses 64 bit operating system. Good luck.
