Run ogm files on DivX Software

Hi,

I have been trying to run .ogm files on DivX Software, but I have failed. I do not want to use any other software as I like this one pretty much. Can you guys please help me, and make it possible for me to run .ogm files on DivX Software.

Run ogm files on DivX Software

In order to run a .omg file, you have three option. Option one and two are for your general knowledge since you don't want to change media players.

1. Use VLC media player.

2. Download a codec pack which adds support for .ogm files to Windows. You can install RadLight Ogg Media Direct Show Filters for this purpose. After installation, you will need to associate .omg file types with, say, Windows Media Player by going to Windows Explorer >Tools > Folder Options > File Types > OGM (if OMG does not appear, then add it by clicking new ).

After that go to Change > Program and choose Windows Media Player and click OK.

3. Convert the OMG file to DivX by using a converter like the one on this link.
