I was using the Replay Media Catcher Software. While attempting to upgrade it, a dialogue box appears saying – could not load driver appliand. I tried this several times, but the problem is persistent. Please help.

The automatic updater of RMC might have failed. There are two solutions to your problem.
- You can manually update the software. All you need to do is, click Library from the menu bar, and under the Updates tab, click on check for new updates. If there is an update available, RMC will download it and install. You will need to restart the application.
- If the update service fails, uninstall the program. Go to control panel and from the Add/Remove programs section, right-click on the software’s name and select uninstall. After that, install the latest version of Replay Media Catcher from the official website.
