Ringtone Problem (Blackberry 8250) Help Please

I always miss a phone call because of this ongoing issue I have with my blackberry phone. I have already set the ringtone volume on the loudest option but it is still not working.

The weird thing is that when I am playing MP3 it works fine. I am losing my patient on this. Please help me.

Ringtone Problem (Blackberry 8250) Help Please

Check your Windows’ volume if it is set all the way up to have a full volume. If the sound is ok, check the unedited video or the original video file if it really has a sound in it.

If there is no problem with the original file, check the media player you are using to play the edited file if its sound or its volume is really working.

Try playing a different video using that player to see if you can hear a sound. If the media player is working properly, I think you need to load again the original video file to your ProShow Producer and restart again the editing.

This time make sure you won’t touch the video’s volume meter so that the intensity of its sound will stay as is.

While working on the video with your ProShow Producer, try playing it just to see if you can hear a sound while the original video file is loaded in the video editor. If all seems ok, save your work again.
