I’ve been using Outlook 2000 for a long time. And I can’t seem to change it now for something that has the same functionality. My problem is, when I am trying to forward a message with my username, and then I typed on something, all the text is in blue color.  How can I disable it and return to the default font color which is black.

 Hi Mr. Floyd,

Thank you for your enquiry regarding font color in MS Outlook.

When you installed MS Outlook , it is always set with a default font with default size and color.  But whenever you wish to change it you may do so.  Changing the font for outgoing and reply messages is one the of easiest ways to your email messages.  Following are simple quick and simple steps to change your default font in Outlook.

1.  Select Tools-Options from the menu.

2.  Go to Mail Format tab, then Stationary and Fonts

3. Click on Fonts on "New messages"  or "Replying messages" depending on what you need to adjust.

4.  Then you may set fonts, size and colors.

There you have it,  Hope this will help you.

Thanks!

Charlie
