You can restore the display screen when it is black and you have only mouse cursor. To do so you have to click on you start and go to control panel go to window restore back up and restore option.

Now what you have to do it will restore you compute to the previous point where it was.

Now click on the restore option and then click next. After clicking next you have to do.

Confirm the condition means read the conditions what is displayed on the screen. And then click next.

Hope this will solve your problem.

Thanks for asking in techyv.com.

Thanks

If a USB device is connected to your computer, try unplugging it. This is an elimination of causes that may bring such a problem.

Try opening the task manager to access explorer.exe by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL or CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. When the Task Manager window appears, click on Processes Tab and click on explorer.exe and select End Process. On the Menu bar, select New Task on File and type explorer on Create New Task. Then Enter, problem would be solved.

If on Windows 7, start with bootable disk and choose language to use. Select ‘Repair Your Computer’. You may opt for special drivers to be installed, otherwise choose a Restore Point that is appropriate.

After this the system will reboot and assume settings up until that restore point.
