How can we restore or recover the items that we deleted in Microsoft Outlook because the items are not visible in the user account?
Restore Deleted Items in Outlook mailbox.
If you deleted an item from Outlook accidentally, recover it from the Trash Folder or from the Deleted Items.
- Firstly search for the item in both of them if you can find the item that means it still exists then you can simply recover it by selecting it by right-click and then Move -> Other Folder
- While if you are unable to find the item from the above step, then unfortunately, you can’t restore that file if it even doesn’t exist in the Deleted Items.
- Now, if you are still not able to find in the Deleted items, then go to Recoverable Items. It’s a hidden folder in the Outlook. It’s where all the items are stored, which are removed from the Delete Items folder.
