It is possible in both ways you can design a resource projection sheet in excel or you can download it from the network. Here i will first tell you how to design it in MS excel by just following the simple tasks like:Â

Open the MS Excel and Create a spreadsheet for the Work Plan now insert the column names like task, data and effort hours and then create a new spreadsheet and in this spread sheet insert a new pivot table and set it for the right responding select from the pivot table field list and then go to your main spreadsheet and start writing about that.Â
