Hi,

Epson recommends replacing the printer, but if you still want it fixed, then have it serviced by an Epson Customer Care Center and tell them to also replace the Ink Pads by an Independent Service Provider and let them use the Ink Pad Utility to reset the Ink Pad Counter.

Hope I answered your query.

Hey Dear!

It seems that it is a maintenance error. To avoid this error you have to download SSC Utility Tool. I am going to add a link here for. You can download the file from the link.

http://ssc-service-utility.en.lo4d.com

Once you downloaded the file, follow these steps to solve the problem

1. Open SSC Service Utility. There you will see a Configuration button, click on it. Now from the list, select your printer.

2. After the configuration, right click on the printer icon (On the lower right bottom of the screen) and select the appropriate option that you want.

3. On the option you selected, select "Reset". The computer will ask you to reset the printer. Click on YES.

4. You are done. Your problem will be solved now.

Thanks
