While opening a webpage I ran across this error http 400 bad request message, and I need the steps to fix this problem.

You can try the following things.

This problem can be fixed by deleting individual cookies from your browser, and you can do that by navigating to your settings and search for show advanced settings.
In show advanced settings there will be a section named content settings.
Search for the domain name that is giving back the bad request message and find out all it’s related cookies and then click the “Remove All” button.
