Reload Software 552 Error in BlackBerry Bold 9000

When I tried to take out the battery of my BlackBerry Bold 9000, it gives me this error message and I am unable to go to the further stage. The error is “Reload Software: 552“. Please assist me. Thanks.

Reload Software 552 Error in BlackBerry Bold 9000

When taking out the battery from the phone, are you following the right procedure or you are just removing it:

• Before you remove the battery, you need first to turn off the phone, and make sure that it has completely gone off.
• Thereafter you can remove the battery.

If you try to remove the battery when the phone is still on, then that will cause the operating system used by the phone to malfunction, and therefore result to the problem as the one that you are having right now.

You should be careful about that because removing the phone battery without using the right procedure may render the phone's operating system unfunctional, and thus you might need to flush out all contents from the phone and install another operating system.
