I have recently purchased Verizon quantum box along with two additional set-top boxes. I installed the main Quantum box as well as the second one easily, but while installing the 3rd one in the basement, it shows the Verizon error code 6202. Here is how the set-top box looks like

As far as I believe, the main reason behind this error is because you are trying to install the set-top box in the basement. So, perform the following operations:
- Unplug the set top box from the basement and bring it near another one which is working fine. Try to activate this by replacing it with 2nd set top box.
- If it works correctly, then keep it there and take another one to the basement which was working fine.
- Connect the set top box in the basement as earlier.
If the problem persists, there might be some cable problem or so.
