Answer- Hello, Mohan I am here with an answer to your question. Communication between clients (browser) and the server is protected by Chrome SSL Certificates. SSL Certificate protection means that the data entered is encrypted with high cryptographic algorithms. It is not reachable by others. No one can use it. It will display a chrome SSL certificate error if there are errors on the site.

Main reasons behind chrome SSL Certificate Error on Google Chrome are:

  1. System Time is not real-time.
  2. The SSL certificate has Expired.
  3. Google Chrome is not updated.
  4. The SSL certificate is not installed.
  5.  A Trusted Certificate Authority (CA)  did not give the SSL certificate.
  6.  They are using a self-signed certificate to protect the website.
  7. An outdated 128-bit SSL is protecting the website.
  8. An outdated SHA-1 Algorithm is protecting the website.
  9. Untrusted SSL Client Certificate error.
