RealPlayer cannot play video file

Asked By 0 points N/A Posted on -

I am using Windows Operating System sp2 and installed RealPlayer but an error message appeared when I attempted to play video file. It says “This document is not a RealAudio or RealVideo document”.

Is there any format problem? Help me or suggest me.

Thanks in advance.
