Readynas streaming issues on LG67LM640T

My LG TV was working fine while streaming from the Nas box until recently. It is now running very slowly and takes a huge amount of time just to load the folders on the TV. I am running the virgin cable 150mbps through a router with two Gigabit switches. I believe with such internet speed, it should not be that slow. How can I return my TV to the fast loading speeds it had before? Could it be a problem with the internet or my PC?

Hello Berta!

It has nothing to do with your LG Television. You monitor is just showing you the feedback. Your computer is processing the tasks. If it dipped a huge speed then you start checking your PC first since you already checked the speed of your internet. Try to change some settings with your video card to optimize display feedbacks to your television set. If it’s already configured, try clean up your computer or system. Start with making back-ups with your system defaults and files. This is a very long shot but it’s worth it. Remove any software that you are not utilizing anymore. Uninstall them. Once you have a clean system load some antivirus and malware protection to prevent any infections. Most importantly download the latest updates for your software and driver. This for sure will work. It work for my computer since I am using LG Smart TV.
