Weblink cannot open in Live Mail

I have installed Live Mail to my PC that is running Windows 8.1. It worked well for quite some time until recently went I was attempting to open certain web links in the emails. Whenever I click on any link, I get a notice that the ‘parameter is incorrect.’ I have tried this a couple of times and even after restarting the computer but nothing seems to work. Is this a problem with my computer? Anyone with an idea on how to go about this please help.

After installing windows properly, then installs live mail use and enjoy. If your problem is not solved so don't worry your computer condition is good. So you can remove or uninstall live mail because it's not working properly.
