Reading Problem when opening images in MS Photo Editor

Hi team ,

Whenever I try to open images by Microsoft Photo Editor which is receiving from Casio Exilim EX-233 digital camera is displaying “Reading problem”. Photo Editor can open other images except camera images. After re-setup photo editor not working, where my other pc working well. Please help me about the problem.

Reading Problem when opening images in MS Photo Editor

This is an error that can be obtain after installing Microsoft XP Service Pack 2. The problem is now corrected in the Office XP Service Pack 3. To fix the issue, download and install the Office XP Service Pack 3. Also, you might need to install Windows Installer 2.0 in order for you to install the Office XP Service Pack 3.

Do not forget to double check your printer settings and preferences. Your printer might be set to use black cartridge only when printing. You can go to control panel and then right click the printer you are using. Select Properties and then Printing Preferences. In the Color tab, select the Print in color under the Color Options.

Your suggestion on installing the windows installer 2.0 first so i can install the office XP device pack worked. thanks Techyv expert.
