Read SP Data Error – DEJAN Software

Hello,

 

I got an error message on a 6680 using DEJAN Software and can’t read SP data. You can see the attached error image with full info. What is the main reason of this problem? Can I resolve this issue? Any assistance would be really appreciated.

Read SP Data Error – DEJAN Software

Hello,

Your phone is SIM locked, therefore it is not possible to use this software on that phone. Only thing you can do is to take your phone to the operator where you bought it, if the contract is no longer valid, they will give you the unlock code for your device.

Read SP Data Error – DEJAN Software

Well, you should try my solution.

1. Begin/ dku-5 cable. Open soft. You should disconnect your phone with battery.  

2. Press read phone and at moment put the battery and switch it on.

3. When it switches on push many times ''write back up'', ''write back up''.

And that's all. Logically, your phone will get the back up.
