Random Error on Office Outlook,

Hi,

Sometimes when I launch Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, I receive the error message below stating: “The Add-in “epamTools””

What could be the problem?

The Add-in “epamTools” (C:PROGRA~2new01new02EPAMTO~1.DLL) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in.

Random Error on Office Outlook,

Dear Bernard, your problem has got easy solution, don’t worry.

It is an error message that is informing you that you have got incompatible add-in that has been installed for Outlook.

This should give you no trouble using Outlook. You have to just disable this add-in. And if you know which program has installed it, you should update the program with the latest version and your problem should have solved.

Go to Tools >> Trust Center>> Add-ins >> Manage. Make the add-in “epamTools” disabled and press “Go”.

Hope no more problem with Outlook.
