RAM issues with Sony Xperia L Smartphone

I am using Sony Smartphone, with 1GB RAM, I have installed only those applications which are only necessary for Smartphone operation, but few of the applications which I have even disabled like Youtube, to save the excessive consumption of RAM, they again and again get enable themselves with its new Update, why its happening, and how can i permanently disable it?

RAM issues with Sony Xperia L Smartphone

After disabling it from the setting. When they got the new updates and the updates install they enable the application automatically.  So go to the Play store and select the my apps and disable the auto update option and your problem will be solved. Please select the disable option from the my apps because it again update then his problem will occur again
