Ragnarok basic theme download stalls at about 85% and then nothing happens. Everything works fine but the download does not complete. Can anybody help me with this error?

Try the following steps:
1. You need to have a strong and constant internet connection to download the theme completely. I think the internet connection seems to be lost when you reached 85% of the download. So try to connect to another stronger network and try to download again.
2. If the network connection is fine, it may be a problem of the server. Try to download it from another server as the server from which you are downloading may be busy. If there are no other servers then you may wait for some time and then try to download again.
3. If the above two steps do not work then try to download on a different computer. You could also try to download it on a different browser.

I also experienced that but rarely. In my case, when the download progress stalls or freezes at a certain percent, I cancel the download and then begin a new download of the same item. In case in the second or third attempt the result is the same, it is obvious that there is a problem with the downloadable. But still try visiting another website and download something different just to check your connection.
If the connection is good and the download completes, then the problem is solved. If you really need to have that program or file, search for a different website which provides the same downloadable. Also remember that it is very common for download websites to share the same downloadable. So, if you successfully downloaded the file from a different website, sometimes the program or the installer has errors and will not install.
