I would like to have Quran jar mobile apps for my mobile. Please advise, where to get it at free of cost [if the free version is not available, I am ready to pay]. If you can provide me the online provider's web address, that will help me a lot.

Just sign up for an account and you can get them free. Remember to select your device so you can download files appropriate for your chosen device. You can also access Zedge directly from your mobile phone if you have an active data or Wi-Fi connection. ‘
