QuickBooks PDF Converter Activation Error -20

Hi

Yesterday I got an error when using QuickBooks. The screenshot of the error is attached below:

 

QuickBooks PDF Converter Activation Error – 20

You cannot print directly to the QuickBooks PDF Converter. Try using QuickBooks Save as PDF menu option.

I thought this might be due to the registry entry, but the QuickBooks pdf converter is a licensed driver that I am using. Does anyone have any idea what might be the reason behind this error?

QuickBooks PDF Converter Activation Error -20

 

Hi James,

You are getting the error because you might have set up the QuickBooks PDF Converter as your default printer. You need to reset the settings on the default printer. You can do this by going to your computer’s Start button and select Printers and Faxes. You just then have to choose the correct printer and set it on as the default printer.

QuickBooks PDF Converter Activation Error -20

Hello,

1. Try deleting the PDF convertor from the control panel.

2. Print a document to PDF and it should recreate the PDF convertor for you.

3. Restart the PDF convertor.

 

 After that your PDF convertor will work properly. Thank you.
