Hi,
A client of mine has recently received the error message I posted here when they 1.
I would really be grateful for anyone who knows what needs to be done to correct it.
Please help, anyone?

Hello Green,
If you are using internet explorer, I will suggest that you try running it in no add-ones mode and see if that will resolve the issue. Disable things like ActiveX controls and browser toolbars. Use the following procedure:

Click Start on your computer and then type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box.

After that click Internet Explorer (No Add-Ons). Internet Explorer opens without add-ons, toolbars, or plug-ins.

And then test Internet Explorer to verify that it works correctly.
In case you find no errors occur, then the problem is caused by one of the add-ons that typically load together with Internet Explorer.
