I want to know steps on how to install Outlook 2007 and how to set it up to send and receive email and I need to do it urgently. Guys please help me with this. Please help.
To install and setup Outlook 2007-
Microsoft Office Outlook usually comes with the Microsoft Office suite if you have the entire Office suite package. If you don’t want to install the entire Office suite, Microsoft Office Outlook can also be installed as a separate application. If you purchased Office Outlook alone, just run the installer to install the application just like installing any other program.
To setup email in Office Outlook, in Microsoft Office Outlook, click “Tools” and then “Accounts.” On the next screen, select “E-mail Account” then enter your email credentials like your email address, password, type of email account (IMAP or POP), and incoming and outgoing servers and their respective port numbers and security protocols. You can get the IMAP and POP settings from your email service provider.
Click “More Options” then in “Authentication,” select “Use Incoming Server Info.” To avoid the usual authentication errors in Office Outlook, use SSL and port 465 for SMTP connections. When you are finished, click “OK” then try sending a test email to verify the current setup.
