AT&T Error Code 775on DirecTV

I was watching TV on the swim box. Suddenly, it showed me the error code 775,and the picture was out. I could only watch recorded shows. There is no TV. Please help.

AT&T Error Code 775on DirecTV

There is a hardware problem with the TV’s swim box. Please follow the steps below to solve your problem.

1. Locate the RG11 connector which is situated at the ground block on the dish’s mast.
2. Tug the cable out and remove the connector.
3. Plug back the connector tightly.
4. Replace the RG11 connector with a new one.
5. Turn your TV back ON.
6. Your problem is solved.
