I was watching TV on the swim box. Suddenly, it showed me the error code 775,and the picture was out. I could only watch recorded shows. There is no TV. Please help.

There is a hardware problem with the TV’s swim box. Please follow the steps below to solve your problem.
- Locate the RG11 connector which is situated at the ground block on the dish’s mast.
- Tug the cable out and remove the connector.
- Plug back the connector tightly.
- Replace the RG11 connector with a new one.
- Turn your TV back ON.
- Your problem is solved.
