Is there someone knows about this error message? I’m kind of confused about it.

I’m not sure if this is a system incompatibility problem since you are already using Windows 7. If this is the first time it happened with your application, try restarting your computer then try it again.
Make sure that your computer has an active internet connection when you use the program.
If you are using an older version of the program, you may try upgrading it to the latest version. You may try downloading and installing TinyGrab 2.0.4. This version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Mac OS X 10.5 or later versions.
The application also requires installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4. If you haven’t installed this yet, download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 4 from Microsoft’s website to make the program work.
