I have recently downloaded Paint Shop Pro 6. I have checked the tutorials, but it is still unclear to me. Where are the animated banner specific instructions for this application? I am having a very complicated problem and looking for help. I could not be able to learn how the tools are working in the program. Also I don’t know how I can save it as ‘.gif’ and ‘.jpg’, so I can upload the same to web. Also I need to know, after creating something, how can I view that? So I can verify that it will work properly. Please help me to get out of this problem. I will appreciate your help.

To help you out, I will take you through a simple process for creating an animated banner in PaintShop Pro, and it is as follows:

First, you will need to open a new blank file using the desired length and width.

And then you will need to fill your banner with the color of your choice with the flood fill tool.

And thereafter you will add text to your banner and then you will choose the font and the colors you like.

After that, you will need to click on the Picture Tube Tool and then search for a tube that you like, and then click on the layer with your background.

Thereafter you can add a filter on your background, and then choose for Effects go to 3D Effects and then click on Buttonize.

And then go to Image and then click on Add borders.

After that you will need to click on symmetric and then choose a colour for your border and the size of the border.

Once you have done that you will go to file and then choose for export and click on Jpeg Optimizer.
