Profile storage space error shows

Hi there,

It seems like I have exceeded my storage limits. The truth is I don’t even know how much space available I had or is even full. Can anyone help me to see my profile? Why the link showed below in the error doesn’t work?

Profile storage space error shows

Hello,

This issue is arising because you have exceeded the limitation of your profile size. It is very important for you now to clean up your profile so that it will come to a clean mode and won’t bother you any more.

To fix this issue, go to Start menu >> Programs >> ECN HELP >> Clean My Profile. This will clean up your profile and take it down to the least size possible.

If still you have more data than the limitation, you have to contact with ECN. To do so, go to Start menu >> ECN HELP >> ECN Trouble Report. Report your issue and they will help you solve your problem.
