What procedures, or rather software are available for Skype mac text to speech messages conversion that will maintain the clarity of the message?

Procedures or applications for Skype Mac text to speech messages delivery

Hi,

In Skype to activate voice message first sign up your ID and then click on Skype at the top and then a small preference window will open. At the top you will see call button click on it. It will also open a window. On that window at the right bottom you will see set up voice messaging click on it. A voice messaging window will open. Now here you will see a record button just click on it and start speaking with your microphone. 

When you have done talking stop it and now play it to hear your voice message. If you are not satisfied record another voice or message when you get satisfied click on done. When you get done the call preference window will come and there you have to select send to voice message. When you get online on Skype and the call comes and don't get answers it will divert to voice message.
