Problems opening 2003 document in Adobe Acrobat Standard Version

Hi,

While creating a form with the Adobe Acrobat Standard version 9.4.6 I received an error message. It says,"Acrobat could not open 2003 document". I think the problem is with my software. I tried several ways to solve it. If you have any idea to solve the problem, please help.

Problems opening 2003 document in Adobe Acrobat Standard Version

Hi Gerardo Thomass,

I suggest you try to look for free Adobe Reader in the internet and try to open your 2003 document with it.  If it works, then the problem might really be on your software.  Also, firewall settings or  anti-virus softwares could be the reason why it can't open the document.   Be sure to check your the settings on your computer.

Problems opening 2003 document in Adobe Acrobat Standard Version

Actually this version is capable of opening the 2003 document. Either there is some files corrupted in the Adobe Acrobat Standard version 9.4.6 which you’ve installed or, the 2003 document is a corrupted file. If the file is okay, then find another reader to open this.
