I received this error message with Windows Live Gallery

Hi guys,

Have a look at the error message below. I received this error message while Windows Live Gallery. I have no idea for the error message. Another error message pops up while opening an image. These are given are at the screenshot below. Have you any idea?

Please help.

Windows Live Photo Gallery

An error is preventing Photo Gallery from saving thts photo. Error code 0x88962f61

Hi Grace,

Good day. Your posted picture is not that clear to read the error massage. But by seeing the picture I can have a little idea about the problem, also your written text help me to guess. Whatever I think you need to uninstall the windows Live and then try installing again. If this does not work after reinstalling you have to try reinstall the OS I fear. Don’t worry, may be the reinstall will work. Good luck.

I received this error message with Windows Live Gallery

Hi Grace,

 

It was difficult trying to decipher the image that you have posted.

 

I am guessing that you are viewing your photos straight from the SD card. If so, you must import them before viewing. You can import your photos in the Windows Live Photo Gallery by going to the Home tab and click Import photos. Another way of importing your photos is by going to My Computer, right-click on the SD Card, select Open Auto Play and click Import photos and videos.

 

If you still get the same error, post again a higher quality screen shot of the error messages.
