While loading all the data with Reloader Reference9. 3*74R I get an error message which you can see below. Can anyone help?

C: TestIdata.mdb’ is not a valid path.

Problem: ‘C: TestIdata.mdb’ is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

Hi there  Katherine T Reilly,

Your problem could have a few possible solutions.

In case you are using 64-bit Windows and not the newest version of the software, this is just a simple compatibility problem that can be fixed by updating the software to the current version.

If this is not a case, then you're having some problems with either connection to the server that stores the database or the path is wrong.

Open your windows explorer and on C: drive finds the folder Test1. Open it and check if there is a file named Idata.mbd in it. If not, you will have to find where you've stored the file and copy and paste it in the stated folder. If the file is there, check if it is corrupted and if you maybe need to rebuild the database.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
